Where do you ship?
We ship only within the United States.
How much is shipping?
Orders $90 and over ship free. Orders under $90 have a $10 flat-rate shipping fee.
What is your order cutoff time?
Orders placed by 6:00 PM CST are received the same day.
How long does processing take?
Processing takes 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
How long does delivery take after shipment?
Transit time after shipment is typically 3–5 business days.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and/or regional carriers.
Will I receive tracking information?
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details after your order ships.
Can I cancel my order?
Before shipment: You may request cancellation, but it is not guaranteed and depends on the order’s status.
After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled; eligible items may be returned under our return policy.
What is your return window?
Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Who pays for return shipping?
Non-quality returns: the customer pays return shipping.
Quality issues, incorrect shipments, or items that arrive damaged: we cover return shipping or resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis after review.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge a restocking fee.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Report damage within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item. We will review and resolve confirmed issues on a case-by-case basis.
How long do refunds take?
After a return is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Do you charge tax at checkout?
Product prices include applicable taxes, and no additional tax is collected at checkout.
