No additional tax is collected at checkout.
Shipping fees are disclosed at checkout before payment: orders $90 and over ship free; orders under $90 have a $10 flat shipping fee.

Payment

Cancellations
Before shipment: You may request cancellation. Cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on the order’s processing status.
After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process (if eligible).
Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to eligibility requirements. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Original shipping fees for orders under $90 are not refunded. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details, including return shipping responsibility.
Damaged on arrival, wrong item, or missing item
If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos for damage claims. We will review and resolve confirmed issues on a case-by-case basis.
