Returns window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery (based on carrier delivery confirmation).

Return eligibility and condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be in unused condition with original packaging and any included components/accessories. Returns may be declined if items show signs of use, damage after delivery, or are missing parts.

Non-returnable items

How to start a return

Email us at info@loftessential.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Pack the item securely to reduce the risk of damage in transit.

Return shipping responsibility

Non-quality returns (for example: ordered by mistake, preference changes): return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Quality issues, incorrect shipments, or items that arrive damaged: we will cover return shipping or otherwise resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis after review.

Shipping fees and refunds

If you paid a shipping fee on an order under $90, that original shipping fee is not refunded.

If your return is approved and the item(s) are returned in eligible condition, we will refund the item price.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged on arrival / wrong item (DOA and fulfillment errors)

Report damage on arrival within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item.

For wrong item or missing items, contact us promptly with details so we can investigate and correct the issue.

Refund timing
After a return is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
